Brighton is a city that has the best health level of the average citizen, judging from the number of fitness trainers, health clubs, yoga club and the number of shops that sell healthy food products, according to a survey published on 2007.
These survey results to see and evaluate statistical data covering 19 health issues, fitness and environment, and the area located in southern England has the highest number of citizens who enjoy vegetables and fruits at least five servings a day (about 29%).
The study was conducted for television stations on Sky Travel by comparing the 15 other towns in the kingdom of England. Bristol and London are cities that predicate ‘healthy’ followed by Liverpool, Glasgow and Sheffield.
